Your satisfaction matters deeply to us, and we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and soulful as the products themselves.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Handcrafted Products (Soaps, Body Butters, Hair Care, etc.)

Due to the nature of our handmade, small-batch creations and hygiene concerns, all sales of personal care products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on body care items unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit when applicable.

 

Apparel & Dropshipped Items (T-Shirts, Dresses, Art Prints, etc.)

We offer exchanges or store credit for dropshipped items (like apparel) if the item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective

  • Is the wrong item or size sent in error

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your item

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • You must provide a photo of the issue and proof of purchase

Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing (unless we sent the wrong size), or general wear and tear. Please double-check your sizing and address details before placing your order.

 

Processing Time for Resolutions

Once we receive your request, please allow up to 3–5 business days for review. If approved, we’ll follow up with next steps for store credit, reshipment, or exchange.

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as many of our products are made-to-order or processed quickly through our fulfillment partners.
