At Flowers N Flames, every order is handled with care. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so please review our refund and returns policy before placing your order.

Handcrafted Body Care Products

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales of personal care items are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Soaps
Whipped body butters
Lip balms
Body oils
Scrubs
Salves and balms
Hair care products
Bath products

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personal care items unless your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

To help us review your request, please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item
Clear photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Some Flowers N Flames products are made with natural butters, oils, and waxes. During warmer months, items such as whipped body butters and lip balms may soften or melt during shipping.

Melting does not mean the product is spoiled or unsafe to use. If melting occurs, place the product in a cool area or refrigerator until firm. The texture may change slightly, but the product can still be used as intended.

We are not responsible for melting caused by warm weather, shipping delays, or packages left outside after delivery. Please track your package and bring it inside as soon as possible.

Apparel, Art Prints, and Dropshipped Items

For apparel, art prints, and other dropshipped items, we may offer an exchange or store credit if the item:

Arrives damaged or defective
Is the wrong item
Is the wrong size due to our error or fulfillment error

To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Photos and proof of purchase are required.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect shipping information, or normal wear and tear. Please review product details, size charts, and shipping information before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation because handcrafted items may already be in production or dropshipped items may already be processing with our fulfillment partners.

Processing Time for Resolutions

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to review your request. If your request is approved, we will follow up with the next steps for a replacement, store credit, exchange, or other available resolution.
